I’m considering trying bodytrim. Has anyone used it? Was it any good?
Shared: 3 weeks agoI lost a kilo(2lbs)!!!!
Shared: 4 weeks agoI feel like if you’re not thin, you could be the most stylish human being in the whole universe and it wouldn’t matter one bit. Fashion: it only really works when the clothes stand out more than the body they’re on. If you’re fat, all you can see is fat fat fat. You can’t wear clothes that are unique or unusual. You always have to take into account, what’s going to suit my body type? I can’t wear this, that makes me stand out too much, this exacerbates my weight.
I cannot wait until I’m thin and I can wear anything at all I want and know it looks good. I’m going to have such a unique style. Because I’m not going to be worrying that it will make me stand out. I’ll want to stand out!
All this exercise is making me so happy and so hopeful. I haven’t broken the chain yet! I think it’s going to work this time!

I’m going to be thin and blonde and I’m going to get around in short shorts and little dresses and bikinis and I’m going to laugh and kiss boys and spend all day and all night at the beach. I’m going to be so happy.

Essentially, if there’s something you want to do daily, you get a calender of the year and you mark off the days you do it. The point is to do at least a little bit every day, so you don’t break the chain. I’m going to do it for exercise and calorie counting (ie. mark off only the days I do both).
So many times I’ve tried and failed to stay motivated to lose weight, but I’m really, really positive about this method. I think having it all written down, rather than just keeping it in my head, is going to make it harder to give up.
This is going to be amazing.
